THE QUIMBANDA CEIFADORES TEMPLE totally refutes the idea that Exu and Pombagira are only spirits of marginalized people, misconduct or archetypes of the socially discriminated and misfits types of Brazilian society.
After both socially accepted as marginalized are part of a single system, requiring much more than just live a life stigmatized or illegal to become an opponent of the creation.
We totally disagree with the widely publicized illusion that for each person there is an Exu and a Pombagira.
This allegation is clearly influence of Christianity and another lie accepted and propagated by those who insist on demoting Exu and Pombagira representing them as servants or slaves of anyone.
THE QUIMBANDA CEIFADORES TEMPLE does not divide Exu and Pombagira into kingdoms or phalanges and repudiates the popular representation of servants taking care of any part of this imperfect and filthy creation, serving as a scapegoat, or that are compared to archetypes whose purpose is the maintenance of creation.
It is our Gnosis that all Exus and Pombagira manifest themselves with the purpose of war against the demiurge and to assist the release of the prison of matter by the Spirits who started their own awakening.
We understand that Exu and Pombagira are opponents of creation, are amorphous energies and totally liberated and that they are perceived as the folklorists Exu and Pombagira due to the inability inherent to human perception.
As the Spirit who sensed in itself the Venom of the Old Serpent and recognizes in itself the Fury begins to have contact with Quimbanda and advances in its journey, this illusion is undone.

They were avant-garde Spirits who, while trapped in the trap of matter, dared to plunge into the darkness of the abyss as a way to the Other Side, conquering complete freedom from the absence of need, rescuing the acausal condition of the spirit.
